Awareness Coaching


Participants are coached through various approaches to reflective practice.

These can include journaling, 360 storytelling, and mirroring.

This guided practice is best achieved when participants have done some work in mindfulness.

Coaching Expectations



Each coaching session:

  • begins with a checking-in
  • lasts for an hour and a half
  • focuses on developing a specific skill in your practice
  • builds on skills started in the previous session
  • centers you, your well-being and connection to nature
