Immersive Coaching

These coaching sessions allow students to develop mindfulness practices to bring balance to their lives.

Being present and removing judgment from thoughts allow us to develop an awareness and appreciation for the beauty of our being. 

You will be coached on four types of breathing exercises, all meant to regulate your presence of thought and mind.


Coaching Expectations



Each coach session:

  • begins with a checking-in
  • lasts for an hour and a half
  • focuses on developing a specific skill in your practice
  • builds on skills started in the previous session
  • centers you, your well-being and connection to nature
